The VDL VALENTA is our premium pan offering for the broiler market. This proven system has many features to increase performance while maintaining durability and cleanability. The grill-less design prevents chicks from being caught in the system while the specially designed lip reduces feed spillage.

Flow Slider
The Flow-Slider upgrade for the VDL VALENTA pan deliveries approximately 1.5kg of fresh feed to the open pans before the chick’s arrival, with 0.5kg spilling over the edge to the floor.
This system promotes easy access for chicks without the need for additional feed lines being placed.
Designed for efficiency, the flow-slider can be mounted on all or alternate pans, controlled by a simple central mechanism for opening and closing this system helps reduce set-up time and ensuring feed quality remains intact right up to chick placement.

An extensive range of modular components makes system design simple. Rotaflex can be assembled in an array of configurations giving great versatility.
For extended length, networks of branch conveyors can be constructed and multiple conveyors can pick up from the same silo or multiple silos.

SKOV Feed Weighing & Blending
The SKOV feed weighing system, equipped with the DOL 9940-2 and DOL 99B, provides precision and efficiency in feed management. The DOL 9940-2 is a highly accurate load cell-based system designed for continuous monitoring of feed consumption, ensuring precise control over feed flow.
Paired with the DOL 99B, a robust and reliable batch weighing system, it offers seamless integration for both individual and multiple silo installations. Together, these systems deliver real-time data to optimize feed use, reduce wastage, and enhance overall performance in any poultry or livestock operation.
